Woke up at 6am! urgh.....got ready and drove to the jetty to meet up with Gabs. We managed to agree on a suitable day for a photography outing at last! and what a wonderful day it was...the blue sky was clear with the most gorgeous hue i'd seen in days...we were really worried it was gonna be a hazy day like the previous few days.

we walked and we walked around georgetown snapping pictures of the most ridiculous things...and managed to attract unfriendly stares from trishaw uncles and pissed mamaks alike...gosh haha i didnt know penangnites can be such an unfriendly bunch sometimes :p

anyways...towards lunchtime...we were already half-dead. the harsh sun was beating down on us and i swear there's at least a 1-inch layer of dust on my face!

A friend of mine from lower secondary found me on a g-networking site..i was pretty shocked when he added me as a friend. No messages nothing...just a friend invitation...so i accepted. And i got a misscall from him yesteryday when i was at the gym....i couldnt bring myself to call him back yet. i dont think i'm ready..it's all too weird. He used to know me as a straight person i'd always been "straight" when i was with that group of friends...i wouldnt know how to speak to him now...

It's never easy as the past haunts us in a way we do not identify with or like. But as time goes by, when you're more comfortable with yourself and this current skin, I see the day you reconnect with the rest. It's a phase, trust me. But then of cuz, there are those that you just don't feel like coming out to, so play by ear or for me, by heart as always :-) don't worry too much, yeah.

The feeling would be pretty mutual for the both of you, so please do not lose any sleep over it.

I myself wld be snapping away if I were a Penangite, so many wonderful scenes to be captured and treasured. Nicer still, to dive into a bowl of asam or Thai laksa whenever and wherever .....

Btw, thanks for being the newest member of the Anton-ians. Cheers.
